Seton Hill College Football’s Best Story in 2008
Posted on 2008 under College Football News |16 Nov
I challenge you to find a better one, at least from a team stand point. Seton Hill University out of Greensburg PA, has moved on to the 2nd round of the NCAA Division II playoffs. They finished the regular season with a 9-2 record. What makes this impressive is, they don’t even have a home field, they rent a high school field. They only started their football program in 2005, compiling a 6-25 record before this season. New coach Joel Dolinski, is yet again another example of how important a good coach is. This is the first year, they have even been in Division II, they played NAIA last season. Now they travel 20 miles to face top seed California (Pa) on Saturday at noon.
