		<description>I would say the Big 12, Big East, and even the ACC are all better then the Big Ten.  Ohio St. has looked very impressive, but Wisconsin has struggled, who knows about Michigan, Penn St. may not be as good as we thought, Purdue is pretty good though, Iowa and Michigan St. are average at best, and after that you have mediocre teams in Northwestern, Indiana, and Minnesota.</description>
